Northern Catalpa Plaster Botanical Bas Relief Wall Art

Northern catalpa (Catalpa speciosa) flowers and leaves cast in a plaster bas relief panel, approximately 6.5" H × 7.25" W × 0.5" deep, with a green-tinted relief, mounted in a 9" H × 9" W × 0.75" deep dark walnut wood float frame — one of the Midwest’s most distinctive native trees, its large tropical-looking leaves and showy flowers captured in handcrafted plaster with a fresh, botanical quality that draws the eye in close. The green-tinted relief against natural plaster gives the piece an herbarium-specimen elegance, and the dark walnut float frame elevates it to gallery-ready. Protected with archival satin acrylic varnish. Arrives ready to hang with a 6" Z-hanger mount. Certificate of Authenticity included.

Because this piece is cast directly from a real northern catalpa, it is entirely one of a kind — this exact cast exists nowhere else in the world. When it sells, it’s gone.

Perfect as a Midwest native tree botanical statement for a living room, study, or entryway, a housewarming or nature lover’s gift, or a meaningful piece for any nature-forward space.
