Hellebore cast in a large-format square plaster bas relief panel with natural plaster and clay staining, approximately 15" W × 15" H × 0.5" D. Each cast from the same clay mold is genuinely unique: the natural clay staining reads differently across each pour, giving this cast its own distinct surface character and tonal variation. The hellebore blooms fill the panel with quiet botanical presence at a scale that commands a room. Hangs with picture wire on back. Protected with matte acrylic varnish. This is cast from the original clay mold.
