Gray-headed coneflower (Ratibida pinnata), wild quinine (Parthenium integrifolium), prairie cinquefoil (Potentilla arguta), and switchgrass (Panicum virginiatum) cast together in a plaster bas relief panel, approximately 6.5" W × 12.5" H × 0.7" D, portrait orientation, in white plaster with a green background tint and natural clay mold staining. A mid-summer Midwest prairie composition, the tall drooping rays of gray-headed coneflower and the flat-topped clusters of wild quinine captured together in handcrafted plaster with all of their fine botanical detail intact. The clay mold staining gives the piece a warm, sun-baked quality that suits these prairie natives perfectly. Protected with archival matte acrylic varnish. Embedded picture wire loop on back for easy hanging. Certificate of Authenticity included.
