I went for a very lovely stroll with the kids through one of Champaign's urban parks dedicated to prairie restoration. It was definitely a mindfulness and anti-ruminating environment, each of us noticed different things all along the way. And what you find is constantly changing throughout the seasons. More city parks should do this sort of thing rather than high maintenance, money pit lawn expanses.
